Since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by how teams achieve great, sometimes impossible things.As a teenager, I came across a book that shared Nike's story up to that point. I was inspired by how strong leadership could impact customers' lives and foster career growth for team members. Since then, I've been passionate about leadership and management.After more than 25 years working at several Fortune 500 companies in different industries and leading teams of all sizes, I’ve decided to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) with others.I work full-time, but I also write and make videos to share ideas and lessons, just as others have shared theirs with me.I try to help answer questions like:- How to manage team dynamics and solve conflicts
