I write and make videos, and aspire to help upcoming leaders get better results, become improved versions of themselves, and find fulfillment in their journey. 

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked at a number of Fortune 500 companies and have led teams from the dozens to thousands of people. I still work full time but find fulfillment in sharing what I’ve learned with others over here.

A lot of people have helped me along the way and I hope to do the same for others.

I’ve learned that leading can be a beautiful experience. It can bring personal growth and unexpected rewards.
